Description
THE 14-DAY IDENTITY TRIAL
For two weeks, you will:
Practice a specific internal posture
Use simple daily prompts (5–10 minutes)
Notice where resistance shows up without fighting it
Gather evidence instead of opinions.
This is structured. Contained. Finite.
No endless process. No emotional excavation.
At the end, you’ll know:
What stuck
What didn’t
What was conditioning vs choice
Each day includes:
A posture (how to orient internally)
A constraint (what not to do)
A noticing prompt (no fixing)
Example Day:
Posture: Act as if your first impulse is trustworthy
Constraint: Do not explain or justify today
Notice: Where urgency or fear shows up
These are opportunities to try on a different identity pattern.
These Prompts will be emailed daily for 14 days. Once finished, you will be asked about your experience.
This is simply a challenge to make minor course corrections in a system most likely designed by someone else.
No one knows where this will lead, however you will be able to start captaining your own ship.
I’m not sure what your definition of freedom is, but mine is pretty close to that.
