One on One coaching is the best way to discover limiting patterns, create new goals, and make strategic action plans to live a more fulfilling life. These session usually run 1 time per week for 8 weeks. The first 2 sessions are discovery sessions, the next 4 are strategic intervention sessions and the last 2 initiate and implement game plan actions! They don’t always follow this recipe and sometimes we get to it sooner. All the better! More time for more change! Nothing goes to waste.
